Meet Magento: Connecting The UK’s Ecommerce Landscape

Magium Commerce enjoyed a great day’s insight at the annual London Meet Magento event (https://uk.meet-magento.com). There were some great takeaways on Magento’s ongoing progress. These included plenty of exciting developments on the hot topic of ecommerce Progressive Web Applications (PWA), Adobe and Magento’s ever closer links and some fascinating real world case studies.

Ramadass Prabhakar, Magento’s Senior Director of Technology, gave a great insight into how Magento as a product is growing under the aegis of Adobe. There was a particularly enlightening slot covering Optimising Online Retail Performance by Andy Mulcahy, Strategy & Insight Director at IMRG (the UK’s online retail association). He emphasised best practice and the importance of effective search to produce a successful ecommerce site.
